Trial accounts are limited to 14 days and include Growth-tier features. Upon trial expiration, your account converts to the Starter plan or is suspended based on your subscription election. No credit card is required for trials.
Peoplova may terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms of Service or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the service immediately ceases. You will have 30 days to export your data before it is deleted.
In no event shall Peoplova, its officers, directors, employees, or agents, be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages whatsoever resulting from any loss of use, data, or profits, whether or not Peoplova has been advised of the possibility of such damages, and on any theory of liability (including negligence).
